Lakeside Trail Society Fundraising Campaign

The Lakeside Trail is a major undertaking that will take a considerable amount of time and financial resources to complete. Local and provincial government partners will be responsible for the major parts of the trail, but will rely on the Lakeside Trail Society to fund specific parts of the project, such as the educational components and other upgrades that will really make this trail one of the most user friendly and enjoyable trails in the area.

The trails’ educational components will include of a series of interpretive signs and an audio guide educating trail users on the Cultus Lake ecology and First Nations cultural history. Upgrades include resting areas with benches and construction items such as a foot bridge over Frost Creek.

The Lakeside Trail Society is undertaking a fundraising campaign. Donations in any amount will be gratefully accepted including donations of material and labour. Businesses and individuals interested in sponsorships will receive special recognition which is outlined on the Sponsorship Opportunities page on our website.
